Nice products, delivery could be faster

I ordered the Summer Palace Limited Edition Set and a Liquid Eyeliner. The items themselves are beautiful, the Chinoiserie designs are really something. The makeup quality is also quite good for the price point. My main issue was the shipping; it took 12 days to get to me in California, which felt a bit long. Everything was well-packaged though, nothing was damaged. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about the tracking. Overall, a positive experience, but they could improve on delivery times.

My new favorite lip balm

I got the Moonlight Hydrating Lip Balm a few weeks ago and it's become my go-to. I usually just grab whatever lip balm is cheapest, but I wanted to try something a little nicer. This one feels really good on my lips, not sticky at all. The packaging is super pretty too, it actually makes me want to use it more. My order came in about 10 days, which was fine, and everything was wrapped up securely. Definitely thinking about getting another one when this runs out.

I returned an eyeshadow palette once and it was pretty straightforward. Just follow their instructions on the website. I think you gotta pay for return shipping though.

how are catkin lipsticks compared to florasis? i love the packaging on catkin but i'm a big florasis fan for formula.

Hmm, I think Florasis has a slightly more luxurious feel, like super creamy and pigmented. Catkin is still really good, especially for the price, but maybe not *quite* as buttery. The designs are def better on Catkin though imo.

Florasis is definitely top tier for formula. Catkin is good, but I'd say Florasis edges it out on texture. If you're into the intricate details and colors, Catkin is still worth trying though.

From my experience, it can be a bit of a wait since it's coming from China. I'd say give it at least 2-3 weeks just to be safe. Mine took like 18 days.
